美十年來首度更新治憂鬱症準則 2010/10/01

（路透芝加哥1日電）治療憂鬱症新法支持視病患情況打造適合的治療方式，並加入當藥物不能改善病情時，使用電療及包括運動等其他替代治療建議。
今天由美國精神醫學會（American PsychiatricAssociation）公布的治療準則，是超過一世紀後該協會首度更新內容。

率團隊草擬這項治療準則的亞利桑那州心理醫師蓋倫博格（Alan Gelenberg）在一項書面聲明中指出：「今天推出的新版指南是經過縝密的檢視、討論和週詳考量修改，我們相信可以增進對病患的照護。」

至於改變的部份，研究人員建議醫師們應使用量表評估病患情況並依病症嚴重程度給予個別病患適當治療。他們可以調整不同治療策略，如用藥，健康行為，運動及治療等。中央社(翻譯）
